Service is at the core of who we are at NWC. The company encourages employees to give their time to organizations and causes that they are passionate about by offering paid time off to serve. NWC employees mentor youth, give blood, deliver meals to elderly community members, coach young boys to be men, participate in charity walks and marathons and much more. Some of the organizations our employees are active with include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Eden Prairie Youth Football, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Susan G.
