As NWC staff, we participate in regular training and development activities so that our customers receive the highest possible level of part inspection, integrity and distribution. We are equipped with the skills to detect fake or misrepresented components, including any used components that arrive at our door remarked or that have had the markings altered by someone other than the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM). We are cognizant that in our current economy, violations of registered trademarks, service marks and logos are increasing, and we train our employees to eliminate this threat for our customers.
Increasing our understanding of the causes associated with counterfeit parts helps us serve our customers. We recognize that industry conditions have created a market of both willing and unknowing consumers who are buying remarked and counterfeited parts. At NWC, we ensure the authenticity and quality of every part we distribute.
